Call for Late Breaking Abstracts
The Organising Committee welcomes the submission of late breaking abstracts for presentation at the 3rd International Conference of the German Society of Nursing Science, 11-12 May 2023.
Submission is possible from 27 January 2023 to 13 February 2023.
Late Breaking News abstracts containing new information or important findings not (fully) available before the general abstract deadline, can be submitted until Monday, 13 February 2023. The process for submitting Late Breaking News abstracts will be similar to regular abstracts. Notification of acceptance or rejection of submitted Late Breaking News abstracts will be sent to the corresponding authors via e-mail end of February 2023. Please note that only abstracts for oral and poster presentations will be accepted.
Abstract topics
We welcome high quality abstracts addressing scientific questions regarding the congress topics:
- Methodological issues of nursing research
- Methodological challenges, solutions and innovations in nursing and interprofessional research
- Theory development
- Theoretical approaches and developments for nursing, nursing research and nursing practice
- Clinical nursing
- Development, evaluation and implementation of interventions in different nursing settings
- Nursing in times of crisis
- Climate change, pandemic and sustainability in nursing research and practice
Presentation formats:
The conference offers four presentation formats:
- Oral presentation (15 minutes)
- Poster presentation (5 minutes)
Abstract guidelines:
In order to standardise the abstract layout, we kindly ask you to read the guidelines carefully.
Abstract supmission and corrections to abstracts can only be made until February 13, 2023, CET 23.59.
Notification
Each abstract will be reviewed by 2 experts according to relevance, originality, clarity and scientific quality.
Final decisions about acceptance will be made by the Review-Board.
Notification of acceptance will be sent to the corresponding authors via email at the end of February 2023. Full instructions concerning preparation and presentation will be included.
