Presentation Requirements

• Duration: 15 minutes for the presentation, followed by 3 minutes for discussion.

• Format:

  • Presentations should be prepared as a PowerPoint presentation in 16:9 landscape format.
  • For the presentation, we recommend a font size of 20 pt.

• Technical Information: Approximately 2 weeks prior to the conference, you will receive an upload link to submit your PowerPoint presentation to the digital media reception. Your file will then automatically be available for your presentation in the lecture hall.

Presentation Requirements

• Duration: Approx. 5 minutes presentation + 1 minute discussion (depending on whether there are 9 or 10 posters per session)

• Format: This year, all posters will be presented as ePosters. Please create your eposter in powerpoint and select the 16:9 format for the slide size. No other specific resolution is required. The eposter stations are equipped with 55″ screens, in the lecture halls the PowerPoint files will be presented via projection.

Please note that both a poster for the ePoster gallery and a separate set of up to 3 slides for the poster presentation in the lecture hall must be prepared.

For poster presentation:

  • File size: Max. 3 slides
  • Font size: For the presentation of the ePosters in the poster sessions, we recommend a font size of 20 pt, so the poster can be extended to 3 slides for the presentation.

For ePoster gallery:

• • File format: PowerPoint, 16:9 slide size, landscape
  • File size: 1 slide
  • Font size: As the ePosters can be viewed individually at the stations, the font size therefore should not be less than 12 pt.

• Technical Information: Approximately 2 weeks prior to the conference, you will receive an upload link to submit your PowerPoint presentation and  ePoster to the digital media reception. Your file will then automatically be available for your presentation in the lecture hall.
