2ND INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE OF THE GERMAN SOCIETY OF NURSING SCIENCE
MAY 8TH – 9TH, 2020 IN BERLIN
Scientific Programme
Different aspects of nursing care will be at the heart of our 2nd international conference and we are welcoming to present research findings and discuss these issues. Fundamentals of Nursing Care have recently been claimed to be a core topic of nursing research that researchers have not paid enough attention to. The two other topics Advanced Nursing Roles and Nursing Interventions have definitely been on the agenda of researchers, but it has been shown that high quality research in these areas is still not adequately represented compared to the majority of descriptive and observational studies. The challenges of implementing evidence into nursing practice remain a challenge and therefore Implementation Research, will be a further topic to be discussed. Also, we hope to be able to discuss Rationing Nursing Care which is currently the center of a major collaboration within the COST action programme “Rancare”. Also topics of more general interest to nursing science will be focused i.e. Patient Perspectives, Nursing facilities and structures as well as Methodological Issues of Nursing Research.
